Pre-sale

Sales

         According to terms of contract, the company will provide products needed by you within delivery period. At the same time, we will arrange free relative training for you, so that your can get knowledge about installation, use and maintenance within the fastest time and be familiar with installation, use and maintenance of products.

After sales

         We will send full-time staff for regularly visiting you, and timely put forward professional suggestion about maintenance of products. If your product has any problem, you just need to pass back relative data of black box to us, we will give you professional solution for the first time.

If problem needs to be solved at the site, we will arrive at the site within 12 hours in case of distance of less than 500 km and arrive at the site within 24 hours in case of distance of more than 500 and less than 1500 km to help you solve problems timely.
